Cash, check or credit cards accepted for payment. All sessions are to be paid in full at the time of service.


The Rowan Center team realizes that navigating your mental health benefits can be confusing, which is why we are committed to partnering with you to assist you in understanding the coverage you may have available. We are able to process claims directly with your insurance company. We also offer the option to provide a document called a “superbill” that summarizes the information required to submit a request for reimbursement to your insurance company on your own, if you so desire.

We are currently in-network with Medicare, Aetna, Cigna, and First Health and can provide a superbill for out-of-network billing for most PPO plans.

Good Faith Estimate

Patients with no insurance or that will not be seeking reimbursement from their insurance company have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for services to be provided. Please see the notice provided here: Good Faith Estimate Notice

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, you will be required to notify your provider 24 hours in advance. Patients will be charged the full cost of the session for no show appointments and for appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
