Individual session rates with our licensed psychologists range between $250-$350 depending on location and specialty.
Individual session rates with our pre-licensed therapists range between $85-$165. Read more about our Affordable Therapy Services.
Couples/Family session rates range between $190-$325 depending on provider type.

Payment
Cash, check or credit/debit/HSA cards accepted for payment. All sessions are to be paid in full at the time of service.
Insurance
The Rowan Center team realizes that navigating your mental health benefits can be confusing, which is why we are committed to partnering with you to assist you in understanding the coverage you may have available. We are able to process claims directly with your insurance company. We also offer the option to provide a document called a “superbill” that summarizes the information required to submit a request for reimbursement to your insurance company on your own, if you so desire.
We are currently in-network with Medicare (including SCAN Medicare Advantage), Aetna, Cigna, First Health, and WA Worker’s Comp L&I and can provide a superbill for out-of-network billing for most PPO plans. We also are credentialed with Tricare East & West as non-network providers.
Good Faith Estimate
Patients with no insurance or that will not be seeking reimbursement from their insurance company have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for services to be provided. Please see the notice provided here: Good Faith Estimate Notice
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend a scheduled appointment, you will be required to notify your provider 24 hours in advance. Patients will be charged the full cost of the session for no show appointments and for appointments cancelled within 24 hours.
